An aura of gelid energy generates around you, teleporting you to an unoccupied space of your choice that you can see within range, and causing any creature within 5 feet of that space to make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, the creature becomes slowed until the end of its next turn.
The spell can penetrate most barriers, but it is blocked by 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt.
This spell's range increases by an additional 5 feet at levels 5 (20 feet), 11 (25 feet), and 17 (30 feet).
