A cottage made of common local materials magically assembles itself throughout the casting of the spell in a square area of ground of your choice that you can see within range. The area can be up to 100 feet on each side, and it must not have any buildings or other structures on it. Any creatures in the area are harmlessly pulled to the sides as the cottage assembles.

The cottage is clean, dry, and well-lit. In every aspect, the conjured cottage resembles the characteristics of a normal cottage. The door, shutters, and even chimney are secure against intrusion, all of which are protected by the arcane lock spell. The cottage is furnished and decorated however you like, provided it follows the look and feel of a normal cottage. An unseen servant is conjured for the duration to provide service to you and any friendly creature within the cottage.

After 24 hours or when you cast this spell again in a different area, the cottage harmlessly crumbles and disappears in a pop of sound, leaving any creatures that were inside it safely on the ground.

Casting this spell on the same area every day for a year makes the cottage permanent.
