You hold a pearl worth at least 100 GP and choose one of the following effects:
Artifact. You touch an artifact for 10 minutes and identify its features, how to use it, whether it requires attunement, and how many charges (if any) it has.
Spell. You take an action when you see a magical effect, or a reaction when you see a spell being cast, and identify it by making an Intelligence (Arcana) check against the DC of 15 + the spell's level. If the spell is available to you, the check is made with advantage.
Spellbound. You touch a creature or object for 1 minute and identify what spell (if any) is affecting it.
