This section covers the rules for spell statistics. See the Character Options section for a list of spells.
Learned, Inherited, and Imbued Spells. Once you learn, inherit, or become imbued with a spell, the spell is always available for you to cast it, but it can't be replaced with another spell.
Prepared Spells. You can prepare a spell by taking the Meditate action for 1 minute for each spell level of each spell you prepare, choosing from the list given by the spellcasting feature. Once prepared, the spell is available for you to cast it until you replace it by preparing another spell.
Once available, you can cast a spell by taking the Spellcast action and expending a number of mana points equal to the spell's level, provided you have the appropriate focus for that spell equipped. An inherited spell can also be cast once without providing mana points or a focus before you have to finish a 6-hours sleep to cast it this way again, and an imbued spell can be cast at its lowest level without providing mana points or a focus.
