You gain proficiency with martial weapons and with your choice of the calligraphy kit or the painting kit, and you learn the following maneuvers at each indicated monk level, in addition to the ones granted by your monk class. Moreover, the glaive, the longbow, and any non-heavy martial weapon count as monk weapons to you.
When a creature takes the Attack action against you, hits you, and reduces you to 0 hit points, you can make a Wisdom (Honor) check contested by the attack roll. On a successful check, you are reduced to 1 hit point, instead.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
You gain a +2 bonus to your AC, provided you have a monk weapon equipped and you are not incapacitated.
When you take the Attack action with a monk weapon, you can take an action to grant a +1 bonus to the attack and damage rolls. The bonus increases by 1 as a level 14 (+2) and 18 (+3) monk.
When you take the Attack action with a monk weapon and miss, you can reroll the attack and use the new roll.
You gain the Cleaving Strike maneuver as a trick.
