Whenever you finish a long rest, you can prepare one abjuration, divination, enchantment, or illusion spell of your choice for each spell slot granted by this feature at each monk level, provided the spell has the same level as the spell slot. To cast one of thse prepared spells, you take the Magic (Spellcast) action and expend a spell slot of the spell's level or higher, using Wisdom as the spellcasting ability.
You can use the Tactical Analysis maneuver without expending stamina points and using the maximum possible roll of your training die.
When you take the Attack action while unarmed or with a monk weapon and hit, you can take an action to cause the target to have disadvantage on any Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma d20 test it makes before the start of your next turn.
When you take the Attack action while unarmed or with a monk weapon and hit, you can take an action, choose one damage type, and cause the target to make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the next Attack action taken against the target ignores resistance to the chosen damage type, or treats immunity to the chosen damage type as resistance to it instead. If the target has neither resistance or immunity to the damage type, it gains vulnerability to it, instead.
When you make a d20 test with disadvantage, you can expend a spell slot to roll it without disadvantage, or both a spell slot and a Maneuver Die to roll it with advantage.
